About 1/4 cup (60 ml) mint leaves
1/4 cup (60 ml) fresh lime juice, or to taste
1 tsp (5 ml) powdered sugar, or to taste
Crushed ice
1/4 cup (60 ml) light rum
1/4 cup (60 ml) club soda

Combine the mint, lime juice, and sugar in a tall narrow glass and gently press
with a
muddler or wooden spoon to crush the mint leaves and dissolve the sugar. Add the
ice, pour
the rum over the ice, top with the club soda, and stir. Makes 1 drink.
