For each serving:
2-3 Tbs (30-45 ml) sweetened condensed milk, or to taste
1/2 cup (125 ml) Vietnamese-style coffee or strong coffee or espresso
1/2 cup (125 ml) crushed ice
Put the sweetened condensed milk in a glass. Add the coffee and ice and stir.
(If using a
Vietnamese-style drip coffee maker, brew the coffee and let it drip directly
glass.) Makes about 1 cup (250 ml).
