Café Continental

4 cups (1 L) strong hot coffee
1/2 cup (125 ml) sherry
1 Tbs (15 ml) brown sugar, or to taste
1 tsp (5 ml) powdered ginger
1/2 tsp (2 ml) ground coriander
Orange slices for garnish (optional)

Combine the coffee, sherry, sugar, ginger and coriander, stirring to dissolve
the sugar.
Pour into mugs and serve garnished with a slice of orange if desired. Serves 4.
