Serves/Yields: Makes about 13 1/2 cups of mix.
6 cups nonfat powdered milk
16 oz. Confectioners sugar
16 oz. Swiss chocolate flavored nondairy powdered creamer
15 oz powdered chocolate milk
1 (7 1/2 package round peppermint candies, finely ground
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. salt
In a very large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Store in an
airtight container in the refrigerator.
To serve: Pour 6 ounces hot water over 3 tbs. cocoa mix. Stir until well
blended.
